Terms and Conditions
Welcome to SwasMobility.
By accessing our website ("Platform") and using our EV transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

You must possess a valid mobile number registered in India.
2. Services Provided:
SwasMobility provides a platform to connect users with Electric Vehicle (EV) transportation. We act as an aggregator/service provider. While we strive for 100% uptime, vehicle availability is subject to charging cycles and fleet distribution.
3. Booking and Fare Policy:

Fares: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand (Surge Pricing may apply as per state-specific transport department guidelines).

Taxes: All fares are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Tolls and Parking: Any toll charges (FASTag) or parking fees incurred during the journey are to be borne by the User and added to the final bill.
4. User Conduct and Safety:

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any physical or verbal abuse toward drivers, or damage to the EV’s interior/charging components, will lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Cleanliness: A cleaning fee may be levied if the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the passenger.

Prohibited Items: Users are forbidden from carrying illegal substances, inflammable materials, or contraband as defined by Indian law.
5. Battery and Range (For Self-Drive Only)
Users are responsible for monitoring the State of Charge (SoC).
If the vehicle becomes immobilized due to user negligence (running out of charge), towing charges will be billed to the user.•Charging must only be done at authorized [Business Name] hubs or verified third-party charging stations (e.g., Tata Power, BOLT).
6. Limitation of Liability
SwasMobility is not liable for any loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
While we maintain our EVs to the highest standards, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or sudden mechanical/battery failure.
7. Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, and software on the platform are the intellectual property of [Business Name]. Unauthorized "scraping" or reverse engineering of the app is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., Bengaluru/Delhi].

Important Notes for India Operations:
1.FASTag: Ensure your policy clearly states that FASTag deductions are automated and non-negotiable.
2.Insurance: Mention that all rides are covered under Third Party Insurance as per the Motor Vehicles Act.
3.Emergency Button: Under Indian law, your app must feature an emergency (SOS) button that alerts local police or your 24/7 control room.
